Once you leave employment you are eligible to request a withdrawal from your account. The Miami-Dade County Deferred Compensation plan offers a wide array of withdrawal options. To learn about the options available and to request a withdrawal, follow these instructions:

Account Access

• Step 1 - Log in to the participant website with your User ID and Password*
• Step 2 - Go to the Manage My Account tab
• Step 3 - Select the Withdrawals option

Follow the instructions on the screen to submit your withdrawal request online.* If you have not already done so, you may set up your User ID and password online. Your Miami-Dade County plan number is 300565.

Submitting a Form

To request a withdrawal from your account, please download and print the 457 Deferred Compensation Benefit Withdrawal Packet. The completed form should be faxed to MissionSquare Retirement at (202) 682-6439. No employer signature is required.
