Scholarship Fund
The ICMA-RC Public Employee Memorial Scholarship Fund (ICMA-RC Memorial Scholarship Fund) was founded in 2001 to honor the lives of our nation's police officers, firefighters, and other local and state government employees who have made the ultimate sacrifice. In 2020, the ICMA-RC Memorial Scholarship Fund expanded its reach to include children and spouses of employees in the mission-adjacent education, health care, and not-for-profit industries. As a result of the profound impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on local and state governments, we hope to lessen the financial burdens associated with post-secondary education for students and families. Applications are accepted from Dec. 15-March 15. Visit
