To enroll in Miami-Dade County's 457 Deferred Compensation Plan, please download an enrollment kit and fill out the enrollment form. Please also view the Investments in order to complete the allocation section of the enrollment form

After you print and complete the enrollment form, submit it to Miami-Dade County's Benefits Office. They will process the form and forward it to MissionSquare Retirement. Upon receipt of the form, MissionSquare Retirement will mail you a confirmation letter to complete the enrollment into the plan.
